1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed during our standard business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process it. This includes payment verification, inventory checking, and careful packaging of your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please note that orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day (usually Monday).
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
- Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental USA.
- Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $6.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
- International Shipping:
- We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and members of the European Union. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges or product prices.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted and major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to deliver your orders. The carrier used will be selected at our discretion to provide the most reliable and cost-effective service for your location.
4. Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time begins once your order has been shipped from our warehouse (i.e., once a tracking number has been generated). It does not include the order processing time (1-2 business days) mentioned above.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing.
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect address information.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view this information by logging into your account on our website.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping the order will incur additional shipping fees.
7. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. We also proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses for our service members overseas via USPS Priority Mail.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other members of your household and your neighbors. Also, look around all possible delivery areas (front porch, back porch, garage, leasing office, etc.).
If the package is still missing, please contact your local postal office or the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If they are unable to locate the package, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation.
